Equipment

Ingredients

Bio Fruit Berry Sorbet

  • 1 pound frozen or fresh berries
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cup Bio Fruit
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • 1/3 cup water

Coco Hydrate Pineapple and Mango Sorbet

  • 1 pound frozen or fresh mix of pineapple and mango
  • 1/3 cup Coco Hydrate
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • 1/3 cup water

Aloe Digest Peach Sorbet

  • 1 pound frozen or fresh peaches
  • 1/3 cup Aloe Digest
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. You may want to strain it so your sorbet is seedless and fiberless and silky smooth. That's optional.
  • Place the mixture in a metal meatloaf baking tin or metal bowl. It's okay to use whatever you have on hand if metal bowls are not available. Whisk manually or with a hand blender every 40 minutes or so for the first 2 hours.
  • Let freeze overnight or at least 8 hours total.
