Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. You may want to strain it so your sorbet is seedless and fiberless and silky smooth. That's optional.
Place the mixture in a metal meatloaf baking tin or metal bowl. It's okay to use whatever you have on hand if metal bowls are not available. Whisk manually or with a hand blender every 40 minutes or so for the first 2 hours.
