Ingredients
Bio Fruit Berry Sorbet
- 1 pound frozen or fresh berries
- 4 pitted dates
- 1/3 cup Bio Fruit
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1/3 cup water
Coco Hydrate Pineapple and Mango Sorbet
- 1 pound frozen or fresh mix of pineapple and mango
- 1/3 cup Coco Hydrate
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1/3 cup water
Aloe Digest Peach Sorbet
- 1 pound frozen or fresh peaches
- 1/3 cup Aloe Digest
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 1/2 teaspoons strained lime juice
- 1 tablespoon organic honey
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. You may want to strain it so your sorbet is seedless and fiberless and silky smooth. That's optional.
- Place the mixture in a metal meatloaf baking tin or metal bowl. It's okay to use whatever you have on hand if metal bowls are not available. Whisk manually or with a hand blender every 40 minutes or so for the first 2 hours.
- Let freeze overnight or at least 8 hours total.
