- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of white beans use any white beans, butter beans, chickpeas, anything you have
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Superfood Chocolate Chips
- Just mix in a blender
- Form into a cookie shape
- And mix with the superfood chocolate chips
- And shape into cookies
- Place in freezer
