Healthy Brownie Bites

Make these ahead of a family trip so the kiddos are still eating foods they love and healthy. Due to the soaked cashews they must be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • 2 cups Just over 2 Cups of Organic Soaked Cashews
  • 1 1/2 Cup Organic Dates approximately 18 dates
  • 1/2 cup Organic Raw Cacao
  • 1 TBSP Organic Coconut Oil
  • 4 scoops MVP Kids Chocolate Protein organic
  • 2 scoops Carrot Juice Plus organic
  • 1 Tbsp Original Green Spectrum organic
  • 1 scoop Organic Biofruit


  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it is stuck to itself. Consistency will be like thick, brownie batter. Use hands to form into a bite size ball. Store in refrigerator.
