
Daydream MVP Doughnut
With our busy lifestyle, and my kids always snacking. I had to come up with a recipe that was nutritious and delicious! My kids love doughnuts. So I figured what better way than have MVP doughnuts! That I can make in less than 12 mins!

Servings: 7 doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups kamut flour or oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 scoop MVP Vanilla Sport
- 1 flax egg
- 2 tbsp Purium Tropic Oil
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
Glaze
- 1/4 cup Glaze
1/4 cup of raw cacao
1 tsp of epigenius kids
1 tbsp of tropic oil
2 tsp of
- 1 tsp Epigenius Kids
- 1 tbsp Tropic Oil
- 2 tsp Yácon syrup (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Mix ingredients all together
- Spray baking pan with coconut oil
- Spread the batter into the doughnut mould
- If you do not have a mould, form circles with the dough to form a doughnut
- Bake for 8 to 11 minutes.
Now for the Frosting
- Melt the tropic oil
- Mix ingredients all together
- Dip doughnuts into the glaze when they come out of the oven
