Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Organic Popcorn Organic Blue Popcorn used here
  • 3 tbsp. Tropic Oil
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Butter

Instructions

  • Get a heavy pot with lid. Heat on medium-low flame. Add in Tropic Oil and heat for 1-2 minutes. To test if oil is hot enough place a couple of kernels into the pot. Once they pop you know the oil is hot enough. Take pot off of the flame for 45-60 seconds so the pot is not too hot and popcorn does not get scorched.
  • Place pot back on the flame. Add in the 1/3 cup popcorn and place the lid on with a bit of room to let out steam. Once the popping slows down to a few pops pull the pot off of the fire and wait a few minutes before completely taking lid off.
  • Place in a bowl and sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt to taste. Melt the avocado butter and pour over the popcorn. Enjoy!
