Baked Tropic Sweet Potato Fries
Sweet potato fries are so healthy when baked and very easy to make. Add as a side dish to any meal or eat alone for a delicious snack.Print Pin
Servings: 4 servings
- 2 medium sized sweet potatoes cut into 1/4-inch by 1/4-inch matchsticks
- 3 Tbsp. Tropic Oil
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat oven to 425°. Toss cut potatoes in a large bowl until coated with oil, salt, and pepper. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place oiled potatoes on sheet and bake for 15 min. then turn the potatoes and bake another 15 min. If needed turn again and bake another 10-15 min until desired crunchiness.
