We here at the Million Mom Movement LOVE Halloween! Dressing up, spooky decorations, and getting creative with making food resembling ghoulish creatures are just a few ways we make this holiday fun for our families. One thing we do NOT do is indulge in those unhealthy treats that are widely eaten on Halloween.
There are many ways to still make Halloween fun as well as healthy! We put together a few ideas to help inspire you to make this holiday one to remember.
Healthy Ghoulish Treats
- Powershake popcorn in a clear glove
- Jack o lantern tangerines
- Apple Mummies
- Veggie tray shaped like an Owl
- Dried fruit /bananas/mango / apple chips
- Organic Fruit Leather Strips
- Pumpkin Fudge
- Superfood Spiderwebs

Ghoulish Pumpkin Bread

Vegan cream cheese, organic honey or organic maple syrup. Whip it together and mix in the following to create spooky colors.
- Red- Can’t beet this or bio fruit
- Orange- Carrot juice plus
- Green- Spirulina or any green drink
